📋 Description

• Productionize AI-built prototypes from the GTM team, including authentication, access scoping, error handling, data integrity, testing, monitoring, documentation, and handover • Own hosting, environments, CI/CD, secrets, backups, dependencies, and releases for GTM-owned services • Own security for partner-facing software, including authentication, role and hierarchy scoping, partner and end-customer data, and enterprise security questions • Own repositories, code reviews, feature flags, and prototype shipping standards • Run staged releases, pilot partner rollouts, rollback plans, and release communications with the GTM team • Build an integrated solution landscape with internal data, process, and product specialists • Co-own the context layer used by GTM, sales, customer success, and other agents • Contribute to Wingtra's AI engineering practice

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in software engineering or computer science • 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience • Experience operating a customer-facing web application in production • TypeScript and Next.js experience • Postgres experience • Experience with a modern hosting platform • Ability to use coding agents as a default workflow and review, harden, and own code written by others • Knowledge of authentication and authorization, multi-tenant scoping, secrets management, and data-protection basics • Experience with CRM and ERP APIs, including HubSpot, Odoo, or equivalent • Experience with webhooks and reconciling data across inconsistent systems • Product management experience and familiarity with product management best practices • Ability to document decisions, communicate proactively, and enforce quality standards
