📋 Description

• Lead complex IT infrastructure and application projects • Coordinate Infrastructure, Application, Security, Data and vendor teams • Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change activities • Drive migration, cutover, UAT and post-migration activities • Ensure smooth handover to operations and clear stakeholder communication

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects • Strong knowledge of ITIL / Change Management • Experience with infrastructure, application or data migrations • Strong stakeholder, risk and vendor management skills • Fluent Lithuanian and English • Insurance / regulated industry experience is a plus • Lithuanian citizens only
