📋 Description

• Produce original, high-fidelity generative image and video visuals for clients • Use prompt engineering, model training, and custom internal tooling • Develop, test, and improve internal AI tools used by creative teams • Employ AI image and video models and node-based/API-driven environments to create delivery-ready outputs • Collaborate with motion graphics designers, video editors, and graphic designers • Develop AI content workflows, prompt architecture, batch workflows, reference libraries, and reusable presets • Maintain and improve internal AI creative tools by reporting bugs, proposing features, testing releases, and documenting workflows • Track and benchmark emerging AI models and techniques • Perform quality checks for color, composition, and brand alignment • Ensure deliverables meet creative standards and client expectations across paid social, digital displays, and print • Run walkthroughs, write documentation, coach team members, and partner with creative leads on feasibility, effort, and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role • Proven experience delivering AI-generated Experience content for commercial use • Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows, including Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, and ComfyUI • Skilled in model training for product or branded imagery • Strong design sensibility and ability to align AI outputs to specific brand styles • Demonstrated experimentation and successful integration of emerging AI solutions in real-world campaigns • Exceptional communication skills; comfortable leading discussions on AI-driven concepts with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Excel knowledge and typing test • Resume must be submitted in English
