📋 Description

• Handle 24/7 customer, venue partner, and courier partner support with the team • Communicate with customers via chat and phone using Wolt's tone of voice • Respond clearly to questions and queries from customers, venue partners, and courier partners • Find solutions that exceed customer and partner expectations • Develop customer, venue partner, and courier partner support together with the team • Liaise with Operations and Product team members about problems, bugs, and other issues

🎯 Requirements

• Able to work shifts during mornings, nights, and weekends • Availability to work 40 hours per week • Experience in a customer-facing role or logistics role • Fast learner and attentive to small details and the bigger picture • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple incoming interactions • Expert knowledge of the region's food scene, traffic patterns, and city areas • Can-do attitude and readiness to work in a fast-paced startup environment • Fluency in Greek • Ability to work in English • Candidates must be based outside Athens and Thessaloniki for this remote opening
