📋 Description

• Become an expert on W2 payroll, the Wonoloer experience, and processes supporting W2 workers • Use Zeal, Wonolo Wizard, and Hypertrack, and drive SLA improvements through rapid execution • Ensure accurate worker onboarding and payroll-system data entry • Validate payroll hours, reconcile time, and analyze payroll entries for weekly Wednesday payroll completion • Contact workers by email and SMS to verify meal breaks • Process bonuses, manage sick leave, and handle payroll adjustments • Report bugs and coordinate solutions with Tech, Service Operations, Enablement, Finance, and Central Ops stakeholders • Respond to payroll support inquiries and discrepancies • Collaborate on efficiency and process-quality improvement goals • Promote team morale, engagement, and schedule adherence • Perform other duties supporting W2 operations • Identify manual workflows and rebuild them to be AI-native

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including cash management and reconciliations • Analytical mind with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills (e.g. Vlookup/Xlookup, Pivot Tables, Arrays) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and change priorities quickly • Strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development • Demonstrated commitment to process improvement and operational efficiency • Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) • Nice to have: experience with Zeal, 123Form, Unbounce, Zapier, Dialpad, or Iterable • Nice to have: experience managing JIRA and other tools
