📋 Description

• Provide SAP HCM Payroll support with Belgium payroll expertise • Handle payroll defects, off-cycle issues, tax discrepancies, and Tier 3 support • Work with payroll schemas and PCRs (mandatory) • Manage wage types, processing, cumulation, and evaluation classes • Apply Belgian legal requirements, legal change packages, and year-end activities • Support integration with SAP Time Management, PA/OM, and FI/CO • Utilize ABAP HR skills (PNP/PNPCE, macros, internal tables, PCL1, PCL2, PCL4) • Work with user exits, BAdIs, BTEs, ALE/IDocs, BAPIs, and APIs

🎯 Requirements

• SAP HCM Payroll experience with strong Belgium payroll expertise. • 5 to 7 years of techno-functional experience. • At least two full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations. • Hands-on experience with payroll schemas and PCRs (mandatory). • Strong knowledge of wage types, processing classes, cumulation classes, and evaluation classes. • Experience with Belgian legal requirements, legal change packages, and year-end activities. • Integration experience with SAP Time Management, PA/OM, and FI/CO. • Strong ABAP HR skills, including PNP/PNPCE, macros, internal tables, and payroll clusters (PCL1, PCL2, PCL4). • Experience with user exits, BAdIs, BTEs, ALE/IDocs, BAPIs, and APIs. • Ability to handle payroll defects, off-cycle payroll issues, tax calculation discrepancies, and Tier 3 support.
