• Lead the Dayforce implementation from planning through go-live and post-launch support • Manage the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timeline • Act as the internal Dayforce subject matter expert and guide stakeholders on best practices and implementation decisions • Coordinate across HR, payroll, IT, operations, and the Dayforce implementation team • Ensure the right internal stakeholders are engaged at the right stages of the project • Support testing, issue tracking, launch readiness, and early stabilization after go-live
• Proven experience leading at least one full Dayforce implementation or migration from start to finish • Strong project management experience in HRIS, payroll, or enterprise system implementations • Ability to provide hands-on guidance and recommendations throughout the rollout • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, operations, payroll, and vendors • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, aligned with Eastern Time business hours
