📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations of the Endor Labs platform, from technical discovery and planning through deployment and early adoption. • Serve as the primary technical contact during implementation, understanding each customer’s architecture, development workflows, and requirements. • Integrate and configure Endor Labs across source-code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and developer environments, including Maven- and Gradle-based systems. • Troubleshoot complex software, infrastructure, and configuration issues, developing custom solutions when standard integrations do not meet customer needs. • Communicate technical concepts and implementation progress clearly through calls, email, and other collaboration channels. • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve challenges and turn customer feedback into product improvements. • Manage multiple implementation projects while helping customers adopt secure development practices with minimal disruption to their teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Six or more years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, application security, product support, technical implementation, or a related field. • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, APIs, source-code repositories, or deployment workflows. • Strong troubleshooting skills across complex software and infrastructure environments. • Ability to understand unfamiliar technical environments and develop effective solutions for them. • Excellent customer-facing communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. • A proactive, responsive, and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving. • Experience managing project-based technical work from discovery through delivery. • Strong spoken and written English. • Based in Panama and able to work remotely with a manager and colleagues located in the United States. • Experience with Maven, Gradle, open-source dependency management, DevSecOps, software supply-chain security, application security, or developer security tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
