📋 Description

• Own the SAP side of Workist’s integration • Support the customer journey from the first technical workshop through go-live and beyond • Identify process and product improvements • Develop, maintain, and customize SAP integrations for S/4HANA and ECC customers • Run customer implementation projects from requirements workshops to go-live • Act as the technical counterpart for customers before and after contract signature • Ensure software compatibility with customers’ SAP landscapes and data protection requirements • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to align the SAP integration with the product roadmap • Analyze and identify new use cases that create measurable customer value

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on SAP development experience • Proficiency in ABAP and ABAP Objects • Built at least one SAP component end-to-end, such as an enhancement, RFC-enabled function module, or OData service • Experience building or consuming OData services using Gateway or RAP • Experience with REST APIs, JSON mapping, and error handling • Experience with ADT/Eclipse and the classic workbench • Interest in AI-extracted order data and experience using AI tooling • Ability to explain technical decisions to customers’ SAP teams • Willingness to run requirements workshops • Fluent German and English, native or at least C1 • First experience with Python is a plus • abapGit, RAP, ABAP Cloud, or BTP experience is welcome
