📋 Description

• Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements • Architect solution designs tailored to integrate within the Workiva Platform and fulfill impactful outcomes • Forge direct and positive interactions with clients and partners, executing standardized solutions aligned with their requirements • Foster continuous professional growth through dedicated training in financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform • Assume a leadership role, exemplify best practices, and mentor peers and Associates • Facilitate seamless onboarding and contribute to continuous development initiatives • Collaborate across teams to fuel innovation and improve products and customer satisfaction • Guide internal resources and directly impact product evolution

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience • 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field • Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions and related technology platforms preferred • Hands-on experience with the Workiva platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred • Consultant level at a services company or public accounting preferred • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Ability to influence and drive change in business processes • Strong individual contributor with intellectual curiosity and ability to manage multiple services • Enhanced technology knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus • Demonstrated ability to curate and maintain customer-first relationships • Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings • Reliable internet access for remote work • Employees are required to undergo comprehensive security and privacy training tailored to their roles
