📋 Description

• Ensure financial activities across the region comply with corporate policies, accounting standards, statutory requirements, and local regulations • Oversee regional financial operations and support accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities • Review financial reporting outputs, resolve accounting issues, and maintain alignment between local statutory and corporate reporting requirements • Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, auditors, and service providers to support statutory reporting and tax compliance obligations • Partner with regional management teams to deliver financial analysis, insights, and recommendations that support business decisions • Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Treasury, HR, and Operations on matters affecting financial performance and compliance • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through standardization, automation, enhanced controls, and operational efficiencies • Support finance transformation projects, system enhancements, and adoption of best practices across the region • Monitor and manage outsourced finance, accounting, tax, audit, and advisory service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 5-8 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles, including statutory accounting and financial reporting responsibilities • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal control frameworks • Experience interpreting and applying regulatory, tax, and statutory accounting requirements across multiple jurisdictions • Experience working within regional, international, or multinational environments • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results across several countries or business units • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Proficiency in English, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and financial systems or accounting software
