📋 Description
• 보청기(시그니아/와이덱스) 제품 및 피팅 관련 교육 프로그램 기획 및 운영 • 내부(Sales/CS/MKT) 및 외부(보청기 센터, 병원 등) 대상 제품 교육 및 실습 진행 • 신제품 출시 관련 교육 기획 및 실행 • 교육 콘텐츠(PPT, 매뉴얼 가이드 자료 등) 개발 및 유지관리 • APAC/Global 교육자료 Localization 및 국내 시장에 맞는 콘텐츠 개발 • 제품 기능, 피팅, Troubleshooting 등 Technical Support 제공
🎯 Requirements
• 청각학(Audiology) 학사 이상 • 보청기 업계 또는 의료기기 교육 경험 • 교육 및 프레젠테이션 역량 • 교육 콘텐츠 제작 경험 (PPT, 영상 자료 등) • 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력 • 영어 문서 이해 및 이메일 커뮤니케이션 가능 • 국내외 외근 및 출장에 결격사유가 없는 자
