• Serve as Fortifi’s regional procurement lead for European manufacturing sites • Support execution of global category strategies across European plants • Consolidate indirect spend data across European ERP and site systems • Build dashboards tracking spend, supplier performance, savings, and contract compliance • Provide market intelligence, cost benchmarking, and supplier comparisons • Act as regional point of contact for suppliers under global agreements • Lead quarterly business reviews • Coordinate with plant procurement, operations, and finance teams • Monitor site adherence to negotiated agreements • Maintain the regional contract repository • Support audits and savings validation • Support rollout of procurement tools • Standardize sourcing practices across European sites • Manage day-to-day supplier and stakeholder relationships
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4–8 years in procurement/sourcing (multi-site industrial preferred) • Advanced Excel • ERP (SAP/Oracle/D365) experience • eSourcing platform experience • Fluent English • Additional European language a plus • Experience with indirect categories (MRO, IT, logistics, facilities) preferred • ESG exposure preferred • Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred • Detail-oriented and data-driven • Strong cross-cultural communication skills • Ability to execute independently
