📋 Description
• Lead the SAP SuccessFactors team • Provide consulting and support to new and existing clients (remote/on-site), including customization and further development of existing business processes and systems (SAP SuccessFactors) • Contribute to and assume partial or full project responsibility in client engagements • Develop innovative solution proposals and implement them as part of comprehensive consulting services • Gather client requirements and provide expert consulting and training • Create functional and technical concepts • Prepare and conduct workshops, testing phases, and presentations • Assist in building the sales/business development function
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in consulting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors • At least two SAP SuccessFactors certifications • Knowledge of at least three SAP SuccessFactors modules • A desire to learn something new every day • Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken • Strong service and customer focus • Strong communication and teamwork skills
