📋 Description

• Support the creation, preparation, and maintenance of digital content for learning, websites, and social media • Conduct quality and completeness checks, and optimize and standardize content • Support the maintenance of digital platforms and tools, such as SharePoint, LearnUpon, and WordPress • Support social media activities, including preparing and publishing content, maintaining editorial calendars, and handling reviews and reactions • Create and design presentations, graphics, and visual materials for various digital channels and formats • Contribute to a wide range of digital and organizational projects • Use AI tools to efficiently create, prepare, and further develop content • Support the team with digital content, learning, and communications projects • Contribute your own ideas and help shape processes and innovations

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student and at least in your third semester • Ideally pursuing a degree in design, media, visual communication, marketing, or a comparable field • Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint • Interest in and enthusiasm for using ChatGPT and other AI tools in day-to-day work • Strong technical understanding and digital affinity • Quick learner with the ability and enthusiasm to become familiar with new tools • Structured, reliable, and independent working style • Team-oriented and creative • Fluent in German and English • Willingness to work 20–40 hours per week • Motivated and eager to learn
