📋 Description

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of high-complexity enterprise applications • Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs • Participate in and lead code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed • Drive performance, security, and maintainability standards across the development lifecycle • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in C# and .NET development • Strong experience with cloud services • Strong experience with microservices architecture • Proven experience leading technical efforts and design decisions • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Fluent in English (Advanced) B2 - C2 • Strong communication skills • Empathy • Commitment • Leadership abilities
