📋 Description

• Make telephone contact with managing directors and decision-makers in the B2B sector • Follow up with companies that have already received an introductory letter • Actively acquire new customers by telephone • Conduct needs analyses and consultation calls • Present services in video meetings • Prepare and follow up on quotations • Close B2B contracts • Maintain and document activities in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience • Experience in telephone-based new customer acquisition • Confident and professional manner when dealing with managing directors and decision-makers • High self-motivation and strong closing skills • Independent and structured working style • Very good written and spoken German • Own fully equipped home office with a Microsoft device • Own laptop or PC running Windows • Stable internet connection • Professional headset • Quiet workspace • Confident using email, CRM, and communication tools • Preferred: Experience in B2B sales • Preferred: Experience in SaaS, services, insurance, telecommunications, or agency sales • Preferred: Experience with CRM systems • Preferred: Experience dealing with managing directors and business owners
