📋 Description
• Prepare and manage documents on request, including airway bills, invoices, and other shipping paperwork • Monitor order receipt and track cargo through delivery • Resolve delivery issues such as lost cargo and other shipment problems • Collaborate with other departments on delivery and documentation requests
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office, with confident use of Excel • Professional and responsible attitude toward tasks and work processes • English at B2 level or higher • Service-oriented approach to work • No prior work experience required; strong desire to grow in this field • Resume must be submitted in English
