📋 Description

• Provide documentary support to the Business Development team • Receive and process customer requests • Prepare technical and commercial proposals with technologists • Prepare customer-facing documents • Send requests for quotation to partners • Obtain partner offers and prepare offers for customers • Resolve non-standard situations beyond scripted processes • Systematize work and participate in defining tasks for automating preliminary client-request assessment • Communicate actively with people in different countries

🎯 Requirements

• Good knowledge of Russian and English; another language is a big plus • English business correspondence and spoken English at B2 level or higher • German or French is a big plus • At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, or work with clients • Experience with engineering orders is an advantage • Experience with transactional IT systems for automating sales, production, and logistics processes is an advantage • Comfortable workplace with stable internet access and ability to participate in conference calls • Willingness to solve non-standard problems • Willingness to systematize work and participate in process automation • Resume must be submitted in English
