📋 Description
• Lead hands-on developer sessions, integration walkthroughs, and partner workshops • Provide technical guidance for custom integration scenarios and self-service implementations • Support partners in solving integration challenges as a trusted technical advisor • Develop integration guides, tutorials, sample code, demo projects, reference implementations, API examples, video walkthroughs, webinars, and training sessions • Keep technical resources current with product features and integration best practices • Deliver lighthouse integration cases with Product and Developer Relations leadership • Document and package integrations as reusable templates and inspiration • Represent Xsolla at industry events, technical conferences, and meetups • Conduct technical presentations, live demos, and coding sessions • Relay developer feedback to Product and Engineering teams • Recommend improvements to SDKs, APIs, and documentation • Track and report integration delivery quality, resource engagement, and conversion rates to live integrations
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years in Developer Advocacy, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Evangelism, ideally in the game industry • Strong technical skills in game development and integration, including Unity, Unreal, backend APIs, and payment systems • Experience delivering hands-on technical training, demos, and workshops • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset • Comfort presenting technical content to diverse audiences • Fluent in Russian and English with excellent written and spoken communication skills • Ability to travel for partner visits, conferences, and training events, primarily across the CIS region
