📋 Description
• Designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge network and infrastructure solutions • Providing support to development teams • Ensuring the smooth operation of the company's geo-distributed infrastructure • Maintenance and configuration of network equipment, bare metal servers, NAS • Maintenance and configuration of virtualization system (VMWare) • Administering multiple Linux servers • Monitoring the status of services and prompt resolution of emerging problems • Automating administrative tasks • Participating in the development and improvement of infrastructure • Interacting with developers, database administrators, DevOps engineers, architects
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position • Excellent knowledge of configuring and operating active network equipment: switches, routers, firewalls • Strong knowledge of network technologies: VLAN, STP, static routing, PBR, OSPF, BGP, ACL, IPSEC, OpenVPN, DNS, DHCP, etc. • Experience with VMWare: vCenter, vSAN, Distributed Switch, HA • Working knowledge of HP/Dell servers and storage systems • Experience in the administration of Debian/Ubuntu family Linux • Experience in the administration of monitoring systems, logging, and collection of metrics • Intermediate or higher level of spoken and technical English • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
