📋 Description

• Support the implementation of SAP as a general ledger system at XTB • Translate accounting, controlling and procurement-related business requirements into SAP configuration and system processes • Work closely with external implementation partners and challenge proposed solutions from a quality and business-fit perspective • Cooperate with Accounting, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams • Support data migration, integrations and data flows between SAP and other systems • Configure, maintain and develop SAP processes after implementation • Take ownership of assigned topics, identify risks and propose solutions • Support the long-term development of the SAP environment at XTB

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP from the perspective of financial systems, especially SAP used as a general ledger system • Hands-on experience in SAP implementation from scratch in an organization • Practical understanding of accounting and controlling processes, including general ledger, chart of accounts and accounting configuration • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP configuration and system solutions • Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP processes internally • Experience in integrating SAP with other systems and managing financial data flows • Ability to verify and challenge solutions delivered by external vendors • Strong analytical skills and project-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with demanding business stakeholders, especially Accounting and Finance teams • Ownership, proactivity and structured approach to work • Experience with SAP Private Cloud (nice to have) • Experience with SAP FI/CO implementations in international or medium/large organizations (nice to have) • Experience with procurement processes in SAP (nice to have) • Experience supporting further SAP module rollouts, for example Controlling, Procurement, Talent or Payroll (nice to have) • Experience working with technical teams responsible for infrastructure, integrations and data migration (nice to have)
