📋 Description
• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications with a focus on Data Cloud and Agentforce modules. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in existing Salesforce environments. • Implement best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and data management. • Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. • Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions. • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend relevant improvements or upgrades. • Support end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment assistance.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Technical Consultant. • Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) – data modeling, ingestion, unification, and segmentation. • Hands-on experience with Agentforce and building AI-driven agent experiences. • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration. • Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.). • Strong understanding of data management, security models, and governance principles within Salesforce. • Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and fixing issues. • Salesforce Developer / Data Cloud certifications preferred.
