📋 Description

• Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards using Databricks • Design and develop Power BI semantic models to support scalable and reusable reporting • Build and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards • Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations and optimize datasets for performance and scalability • Work closely with Data Engineering teams leveraging Databricks for data preparation and transformations • Implement and optimize DirectQuery, Direct Lake, and Databricks connectors • Publish, manage, and secure content in Power BI Service • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and align with enterprise governance standards • Monitor dataset refreshes, usage metrics, and report performance • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytics solutions • Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and reporting best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years experience • 6+ years of relevant experience • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service • Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and semantic modeling • Strong SQL skills with experience integrating Power BI with Databricks • Experience with DirectQuery / Direct Lake and large datasets • Experience with Power BI governance, including RLS, workspace management, and deployment practices • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
