📋 Description

• Own the solution design for finance automation on Redwood Finance Automation • Analyze current-state record-to-report processes with controllers and finance operations leads • Design target automation for period-end close, reconciliation, journals and intercompany • Determine which standard Redwood capabilities apply and where extensions are justified • Design integrations with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and other source systems • Design balance sheet auto-certification rules, controls, approvals and audit trails • Guide engineers during build and review deliverables against the solution design • Define test strategy and acceptance criteria with finance users • Create a roadmap for subsequent automation waves after initial processes go live • Work with finance process owners to understand current close processes and determine automation priorities • Support the design through build, testing and go-live, making decisions when implementation realities differ from the design

🎯 Requirements

• Solution design ownership on at least one live Redwood Finance Automation (RunMyFinance) implementation, including running design workshops and writing the design • 8 or more years in finance transformation, finance systems or record-to-report process design • Working understanding of SAP FI/CO, or the Oracle equivalent • Understanding of close and reconciliation data flows between the ERP and automation layer • Experience running workshops with finance users and turning their input into a buildable, testable design • Ability to work with senior finance stakeholders and defend design decisions • English language required • Consultants must be based in Czechia • CV and available start date required for application • Three lines on the most recent Redwood implementation, covering processes in scope, connected ERP and personal design decisions • Useful but not essential: hands-on Redwood build experience; BlackLine, Trintech, or SAP Advanced Financial Closing; finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar); financial services or regulated-industry experience including SOX or similar audit controls
