📋 Description

• Own the solution design for finance automation on Redwood Finance Automation • Analyse current-state record-to-report processes with controllers and finance operations leads • Design target automation across period-end close, reconciliation, journals, intercompany, and reporting • Decide where standard Redwood capability is sufficient and where extensions are justified • Design integrations with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and other source systems • Design balance-sheet auto-certification rules, controls, approvals, and audit trails • Guide engineers through build and review delivered work against the design • Define test strategy and acceptance criteria with finance users • Support the solution through build, testing, and go-live • Create a roadmap for subsequent automation waves • Provide design decisions when implementation realities challenge the original design

🎯 Requirements

• Solution design ownership on at least one live Redwood Finance Automation (RunMyFinance) implementation • Ran design workshops and wrote the solution design personally • 8 or more years in finance transformation, finance systems, or record-to-report process design • Working understanding of SAP FI/CO or the Oracle equivalent • Understanding of how close and reconciliation data flows between the ERP and automation layer • Experience running workshops with finance users and translating requirements into buildable and testable designs • Ability to work with senior finance stakeholders and defend design decisions • English language • Consultants must be based in Poland • Useful but not essential: hands-on Redwood build experience • Useful but not essential: BlackLine, Trintech, or SAP Advanced Financial Closing experience • Useful but not essential: finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar • Useful but not essential: financial services or regulated-industry experience, including SOX or similar audit controls
