📋 Description

• Own the SAP TM solution for assigned rollout waves • Run fit-to-standard sessions with the business • Assess local transport practices, carriers, legal and document needs against the global design • Design solutions while preserving the global template standard • Carry the design through build, testing, cutover and early post-go-live support • Design TM processes on S/4HANA, including freight planning, carrier selection and tendering, freight order execution, charge calculation and freight settlement • Integrate TM across the S/4HANA logistics chain, including sales orders and deliveries, purchasing flows, warehouse execution and freight costs through finance • Manage carrier connectivity, EDI or business-network onboarding, tracking and carrier status messages • Produce functional specifications for the build team with integration, development and test leads • Plan testing and resolve defects through integration and user acceptance testing • Lead cutover, hypercare and handover to support for each rollout wave • Feed lessons from each wave back into the global template

🎯 Requirements

• 8 or more years in SAP logistics, with SAP TM on S/4HANA as a core part of it • At least one TM rollout or global template programme for a manufacturing business • Personally performed fit-gap and solution design, not only configuration • Working knowledge of TM integrations with SD, MM, EWM and FI/CO • Experience running business-user workshops and translating requirements into designs and specifications • Comfort working remotely across countries in a multi-company programme team • SAP Business Network for Logistics or a carrier visibility platform is useful but not essential • Experience with both embedded and side-by-side TM deployments is useful but not essential • Automotive, industrial or process manufacturing experience is useful but not essential • Multimodal, international or dangerous goods transport experience is useful but not essential • SAP TM certification is useful but not essential • English language required • Consultants must be based in Spain
