• 江苏区域产品的销售及农艺推广工作。 • 进行市场细分分析,重点作物与产品的匹配,并据此制定行动计划; • 搜集市场信息,了解竞争产品动态,完成公司应季的推广及销售工作; • 针对复合肥产品,实施市场推广和市场份额增长战略; • 执行需求拉动活动,不仅在经销商层面,也在终端用户层面(农户); • 竞品分析(产品、定位、价值主张、SWOT分析); • 确保内部团队和零售商网络的技术培训; • 协助公司新产品上市,跟进新产品反馈,协助公司不断迭代产品策略; • 围绕公司ROE门店策略,发展公司渠道网络,维护渠道关系,保障产品销售的渠道通畅; • 与当地和区域团队协同工作。
• 全日制本科及以上学历,农业类专业优先。 • 热爱销售工作,积极上进,性格外向、善于沟通、会开车、能适应较长时间的出差工作。 • 3年以上化肥销售和推广工作经验者优先。 • 具备化肥和植物营养方面的知识。 • 熟悉江苏市场及作物。 • 良好的英语沟通能力为加分项。
