📋 Description

• Design technical solutions: Create detailed architectural blueprints, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and integrated with existing systems • Ensure alignment with business goals: Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Oversee implementation: Guide development teams through the implementation process • Communicate with stakeholders: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in understandable terms • Acts as the authority and strategic advisor for the commercial solution digital platforms within the Enterprise Architecture governance body • Manage project constraints: Identify and manage risks, budget limitations, timelines, and resource allocation • Technical Leadership: Leading development teams, mentoring developers/consultants, and performing code reviews • Integration & Security: Designing secure integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems • Governance & DevOps: Defining coding standards, managing CI/CD pipelines, and overseeing release management to minimize technical debt

🎯 Requirements

• Degree level, preferably Masters within Business Administration/ Engineering / Computer Science • Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience of which 3 years need to be as an IT Architect • Experience in Agile processes and Agile frameworks like SAFe • Experience / certification with Salesforce is essential • Experience with other digital commercial tools is advantageous • Strong analytical skills combined with good level of communication and training skills • Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices • Excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English • Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
