📋 Description

• Assist in the development, training, and fine-tuning of machine learning models • Work with large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and preparing training data • Implement and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn • Support research and development of AI applications in NLP, LLMs, and predictive analytics • Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and integrate AI models into production, including model-integrated API services • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and improve model accuracy, efficiency, latency, and performance • Stay updated with advancements in AI and machine learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field • 3 to 4 years of relevant hands-on work experience • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning models • Hands-on experience with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch • Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and regular expressions • Understanding of model evaluation techniques and performance metrics • Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and experimentation • Familiarity with NLP and LLM applications • Standard work hours from 8 am to 5 pm IST • Bonus: Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, MLOps/CI/CD, AI ethics, bias detection, and model interpretability
