📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for workplace requests, issues, and questions from India/APAC-based employees • Maintain a ticketing system for office issues and track them through resolution • Own procurement of relevant supplies, equipment, and SWAG • Plan and execute an annual schedule of remote engagement opportunities tailored to local interests and culture • Oversee India/APAC Hub and NODE events • Support YipitData’s regional India/APAC gathering and other in-person programming • Manage on-site event requirements, including room setup, catering, signage, A/V, and attendee experience • Coordinate employee recognition programs and gifting initiatives • Support the global Workplace Experience team • Draft communications and updates for India/APAC-based employees about workplace programs and developments

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in workplace experience, events management, office management, or a related field • Ideally experience in a high-growth tech or professional services environment • Hands-on experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship building • Experience leading complex projects and juggling multiple priorities • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to create and improve processes and documentation • Clear and effective communication across all levels • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment • Comfortable with workplace tools such as OfficeSpace, Slack, Google Workspace, and Jira/ticketing systems • Standard working hours availability from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST
