📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX solutions aligned with business requirements • Configure and optimize Input Tax Distribution (§ 15 (4) UStG) in SAP RE-FX • Configure and support Input Tax Correction (§ 15a UStG), including related processes and periodic runs • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications • Support testing activities, including test case preparation, execution, and defect resolution • Advise stakeholders on RE-FX process best practices and compliance-relevant aspects • Prepare functional specifications and configuration guides • Support workshops with business and process experts, onsite where required • Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and interface requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP RE-FX consultant • Strong functional and configuration knowledge in SAP Real Estate Management • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP RE-FX Input Tax Distribution (§ 15 (4) UStG) • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP RE-FX Input Tax Correction (§ 15a UStG) • Solid understanding of SAP RE-FX integration with FI, including FI-AA and FI-AP/AR, and related SAP modules • Excellent communication skills in English • Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner in a remote setup • Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional project environment • Experience with Service Charge Settlement in SAP RE-FX is nice to have • Experience with technical interfaces to/from external systems, such as Planon, is nice to have • Knowledge of German is nice to have
