📋 Description

• Follow and execute on client briefs for reporting and analysis • Pull exports, clean data, visualise data, and derive compelling insights • Provide consultative advice and strategic insights • Present insights to internal and external stakeholders • Oversee the team of analysts and provide technical guidance and professional development • Run stand-ups and conduct 1-on-1s and Development Track Sessions • Support analysts with areas of improvement and manage team dynamics • Prioritise the incoming pipeline of requests and delegate work effectively • Build and update department and analyst schedules • Monitor team capacity and communicate needs or concerns to the Department Lead • Set the gold standard for reporting and ensure dashboards and presentations are intuitive, error-free, and actionable • Conduct quality-control checks as necessary • Monitor team needs for refreshers, up-skilling, and training • Identify data workflow bottlenecks and implement better tools or standardised templates • Support recruitment and onboarding of new analysts • Lead end-to-end strategic reporting for tier-one accounts and deliver board-ready commercial insights • Proactively manage client accounts through regular check-ins and strategic workshops • Manage feedback between clients and YOUKNOW’s product and leadership teams • Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data cleaning, visualisation, and storytelling

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics and account management within an agency or SaaS environment • Strong proficiency in understanding and reporting on customer data (social, research, or otherwise) • Strong proficiency in data visualisation (PPT, GSlides, etc.) • Proven track record in a client-facing role • Strategic presentation skills • Experience in leading or managing a team of analysts is preferable • Experience working with enterprise customers • Strong data analytics and presentation skills • Consultative, solutions-oriented approach • Highly strategic and proactive • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Commercial awareness is beneficial
