📋 Description
• Product compliance: contributing to product development to ensure compliance from the design phase, through go‑to‑market, and across the entire product lifecycle. • Regulatory watch: maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date regulatory knowledge within the legal and operational teams to secure and streamline day‑to‑day business activities. • Continuous improvement of tools: designing and deploying tools and methods that simplify and optimize the work of the legal and operational teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Enrolled in a Master’s degree (M2) in Technology Law or Digital Law, ideally with a focus on trust service providers. • Joining under an apprenticeship contract. • Comfortable with regulations applicable to trust service providers, in particular eIDAS v1 and v2, and the GDPR. • Confident communicating in both French and English, written and spoken. • Rigorous and highly organized.
