📋 Description

• Analyze customer target audiences and develop an in-depth understanding as the foundation for creative concepts • Monitor trends and conduct independent analyses • Monitor how the use of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn evolves • Develop compelling storylines and user-focused chains of reasoning • Design creative concepts for LinkedIn, Facebook, display, and YouTube ads • Create psychologically informed customer journeys that culminate in conversion • Optimize the customer experience together with the Creative and Performance teams • Combine data-driven performance marketing with sales psychology • Write audience-specific copy for customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing creative social media campaigns, ideally as an Art Director or Creative Strategist • Genuine growth mindset • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts • Ability to empathize with different target audiences and write compelling advertising copy • Very strong German and good English skills • German and English proficiency at least at C1 level • Based in the DACH region through Dubai; locations farther away make internal communication more difficult due to time-zone differences • Available to start as soon as possible • No extended time off planned • Full-time
