📋 Description

• Study, develop, and maintain the Veritas Automata and Yuxi Global brand identity • Ensure consistency across all materials and platforms • Utilize existing templates and develop design templates for future marketing campaigns and assets • Design and create digital and print materials reflecting trust and innovation in automation • Collaborate with the marketing team on social media designs, marketing materials, and promotional graphics • Create versatile design assets for various company departments while maintaining brand consistency • Adapt strategic directions into high-quality designs for the target audience • Manage multiple projects and deadlines • Provide creative input to enhance design aesthetics and user experience • Stay current with design, technology, and automation trends • Recommend ways to enhance the brand’s digital positioning for CRO • Prepare final exports with correct dimensions, compression, and file naming • Learn to design within a brand system, create performance-supporting assets, and work with deadlines, feedback, and production workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio with digital design samples • English speaking; all meetings are spoken in English • Willingness to enhance understanding of campaign performance analytics for conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Ability to review and interpret data within Hotjar and Google Analytics • Demonstrable graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print materials • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Familiarity with UI/UX principles • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in graphic design • Keen interest in expanding skills into UX/UI design • Creative problem-solving skills • Ability to produce visually appealing designs under tight deadlines • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Passion for staying updated on design trends and technologies • Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement • Familiarity with project management tools
