Zapay is a Brazilian fintech that helps vehicle owners consult and pay their vehicle-related debts by license plate. 📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design projects by understanding problems, exploring solutions, prototyping, and validating with users. • Apply User-Centered Design principles to transform needs and behaviors into effective experiences. • Create consistent, functional interfaces with strong command of Visual Design and Interaction Design. • Structure user flows and information architectures with usability and accessibility in mind. • Treat content as part of the experience, prioritizing clarity and concise communication with users. • Plan and conduct qualitative research, interviews, and usability tests, using insights to evolve solutions. • Partner with Product, Technology, and other teams, contributing to product decisions and direction. • Challenge solutions and propose improvements, constantly seeking better and simpler experiences. • Apply Artificial Intelligence throughout the design process to support activities such as research, solution exploration, prototyping, analysis, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Designer working on digital product projects. • Have experience leading end-to-end design projects. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of UX, UI, Visual Design, and Interaction Design fundamentals. • Conduct qualitative research, interviews, and usability tests. • Have strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions. • Be able to independently drive problem-solving and turn direction into solutions. • Be familiar with Figma, Notion, and Miro. • Have a portfolio demonstrating your design process and the solutions you have developed. • Be familiar with Product Design processes that use Artificial Intelligence. • Have experience working with Design Systems. • Have experience with experimentation and hypothesis validation. • Use data and metrics to support design decisions.
