📋 Description

• Architect modern web solutions and solve complex technical problems • Build, ship, and maintain production-grade web applications • Design and develop robust, scalable server-side applications using Node.js and TypeScript • Collaborate on and build responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript • Apply clean code, relational database design, API architecture, and testing practices • Use AI-assisted development tools throughout implementation, debugging, testing, documentation, and code reviews • Review AI-generated output rigorously and take ownership of the resulting work • Own features from design through production • Collaborate with product managers, designers, fellow engineers, and international stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade web applications • Deep hands-on experience building robust, scalable server-side applications with Node.js and TypeScript • Hands-on experience using React and TypeScript • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, relational database design, API architecture, and testing • Regular use of AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar across the full development lifecycle • Strong judgment in evaluating when AI accelerates work and reviewing AI-generated code rigorously • Ability to take ownership of features from design to production • Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers in fast-paced environments • Advanced, fluent English proficiency • Professional Spanish proficiency • Must reside in Latin America (LATAM) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is listed as nice to have • Familiarity with AWS or GCP, Docker, deployment workflows, and CI/CD pipelines is nice to have
