📋 Description

• Understand business requirements and prepare test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases • Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, System, and End-to-End testing • Execute comprehensive regression testing for every release • Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts for web applications • Perform API testing and API automation • Validate backend data using SQL queries • Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Jira or Azure DevOps • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Data Team, AI Team, and Business Analysts • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and release activities • Divide and allocate testing work across the QA team based on release priorities and individual strengths • Guide junior and mid-level QA engineers on test design, automation practices, and defect investigation • Review the work of other QA engineers — test cases, automation scripts, and defect reports — to ensure quality and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–8 Years of experience • Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and Defect Life Cycle • Expertise in Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, UAT, and End-to-End Testing • Strong understanding of release validation and production verification • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress • Strong programming knowledge in Java or Python • Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks • Strong experience with Postman for API validation • API automation using Rest Assured or equivalent
