📋 Description

• Produce residential structural designs and calculations in accordance with applicable building codes • Support single-family and multi-family projects nationwide • Collaborate with project coordinators to meet schedules and priorities • Participate in daily team check-ins and engineering discussions • Contribute ideas to improve processes, standards, and efficiency • Communicate with internal teams to support high-quality client deliverables • Work on residential structural design projects for the USA market

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering • EIT certification or actively pursuing it • Experience in residential structural engineering • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Commitment to quality, teamwork, and client service • Experience with wood framing, CMU, ICF, reinforced concrete, steel, and residential codes is a plus • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00 • Remote eligibility
