• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max • Optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs, ROAS, and conversion goals • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing of ad creatives • Set up and manage conversion tracking, retargeting, and advanced bidding strategies • Analyze campaign data in Google Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio, and provide actionable insights • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align ad campaigns with business objectives • Stay updated on Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices • Support Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns when needed
• 2+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns • Deep understanding of PPC strategy, funnel management, and attribution models • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio • Strong skills in keyword research, bidding strategies, retargeting, and conversion tracking • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations • Good communication and client-facing skills • Google Ads certification (preferred) • Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a strong plus
