📋 Description

• Provide customer support by phone, email, and other channels • Track orders, requests, and deadlines • Create records and update information in the system • Monitor potential issues and assist with problem resolution • Liaise with internal departments, such as Sales, Logistics, and Billing • Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests • Support the administrative routines of the Customer Service department • Contribute to fast, organized, and high-quality customer service

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Currently pursuing a college degree is a plus • Previous experience in customer service, Customer Service, SAC, or related areas • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organized, proactive, and adept at problem-solving • Dynamic profile with strong interpersonal skills • 1 to 3 years of professional experience
