âą Train patients on the proper use of the LifeVest device âą Deliver clinical information to healthcare centers through in-hospital meetings organized by the sales team âą Promote the benefits of LifeVest, maintain relationships with existing customers, and advise new clients âą Keep medical staff up to date on the latest clinical evidence in preparation for conference presentations âą Support and train new staff members (internal and external), issuing user certifications âą Provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team, including handling backup tasks as needed âą Offer technical assistance and, when required, replace device components at patientsâ homes âą Retrieve discontinued materials from patients at hospital facilities after use
đŻ Requirements
âą Based in Lombardy Region âą Fluency in written and spoken English is obligatory, in addition to Italian âą Assertive, respectful, team-oriented, with well-developed interpersonal skills âą Goal-oriented thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and persistent approach âą Prepared to travel frequently
