📋 Description

• Technical leadership of the agile development team • Hands-on participation in the design, development and documentation of software solutions • Strategic use of AI coding tools • Development of shared guidelines for an AI-first workflow • Optimization of CI/CD pipelines together with the DevOps team • Translating business requirements into technical concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Solid, several years of professional experience in software development — either full-stack or with a strong backend focus • Deep practical experience with Ruby on Rails and ideally experience with Vue.js • Experience in technical leadership or intensive support/mentoring of development teams • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor or comparable coding assistants • Hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL • Knowledge of Kubernetes and experience in DevOps or DevSecOps are a strong plus • Strong quality awareness and confident stakeholder management • Proficient German communication skills, at least C1 level
