📋 Description

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay suite • Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of product managers • Own and scale the product roadmap • Ensure seamless integration of procurement and payment workflows • Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into data-driven product decisions • Champion design excellence and deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership from ideation to launch • Represent the Procure-to-Pay suite in customer conversations, leadership forums, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus • 10+ years of experience in product management • Deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) automation and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions • Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows and the needs of AP teams and CFOs • Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and bringing them to market • Strong ownership and initiative; ability to drive outcomes end to end • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt priorities based on customer feedback, data, and market insights • Strong commercial judgment • Proven experience leading and developing product teams • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with peers and executive leadership
