📋 Description

• Support the quarterly earnings process, including preparation of earnings press releases, call scripts, financial outlooks, Q&A documents, and accompanying work • Perform financial, strategic, and competitive analyses, including industry and peer benchmarking, market/valuation trends, and ad-hoc projects • Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships, identify key trends, and gain insight into critical metrics, drivers, and scalability • Collaborate on execution of the annual Investor Day and investor sessions at customer conferences • Support corporate development and strategic finance initiatives, including M&A due diligence and long-range planning • Report to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise software company • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field • Strong interest in equity market operations and stock drivers • Strong financial modeling skills and advanced valuation depth • Ability to discuss valuation frameworks for M&A and due diligence • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies • Experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain • Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures, cloud infrastructure, and subscription-based financial models • Foundational to advanced understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven product pipelines • Experience utilizing modern analytics tools to optimize IR workflows • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is preferred
