📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to co-create the product vision, providing technical input on strategic decisions. • Develop complex, scalable features using .NET. • Ensure delivery quality through code reviews, refactoring, and code conflict resolution. • Design and implement robust APIs, taking multiple integrations, versioning, and security into account. • Diagnose and resolve critical issues in CI/CD pipelines. • Provide strategic support to less experienced colleagues by sharing technical knowledge and best practices. • Drive continuous improvement of processes and solution architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of .NET for backend development, with a focus on performance and maintainability. • Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures, particularly for system optimization. • Experience defining version control strategies using Git and resolving complex conflicts. • Ability to diagnose and resolve critical issues in CI/CD pipelines. • Ability to design scalable, secure APIs in accordance with OWASP standards. • Applied knowledge of microservices architecture principles. • Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence tools such as Devin, Copilot, and Claude in day-to-day activities. • Previous experience co-creating products with multidisciplinary teams. • Advanced knowledge of deployment strategies, including blue-green and canary deployments. • Familiarity with integrations involving multiple external systems and federated authentication.
