📋 Description

• Manage the self-serve funnel end-to-end, including signup, trial, activation, conversion to paid and expansion • Own the website and product UI roadmap and priorities • Work with development leads, engineers and designers to ship improvements that capture demand and drive funnel activity • Design and run conversion experiments with design and product marketing teams • Optimise PLG journeys originating in open source, developer ecosystems and emerging agent ecosystems • Improve developer workflows across documentation, SDKs, code examples and initial hands-on experience • Build customer data using usage and firmographics • Nurture customers through tailored onboarding and relevant content • Work with RevOps to identify when sales professionals should engage • Develop hypotheses, ship A/B tests and funnel experiments, report results, and scale successful initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven results driving growth and managing funnels in a B2B SaaS or developer-focused business with a self-serve or PLG motion • Deep curiosity about how engineers work and adopt tools • Experience marketing or building for technical audiences • Experience with developer tools, APIs, data products or technical audiences • Ability to use AI coding tools to prototype experiments, mockups and working demos • Track record of making websites effective engines for capturing demand and driving funnel activity • Demonstrated success in customer growth and nurture, including activation, free-to-paid conversion, expansion and churn reduction • Comfort defining metrics, instrumenting funnels, segmenting customers and combining product signals with messaging and human outreach • Experience working as a product owner or growth PM with engineering and design teams • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, product, CS, RevOps and sales • 5–8+ years in growth, growth product management or lifecycle/funnel roles • Nice to have: production code or open-source contributions • Nice to have: familiarity with experimentation platforms, product analytics, marketing automation and CRM tooling • Nice to have: experience building product-led sales motions or platform-to-enterprise upgrade paths
