Beschreibung

• Evaluate market access strategies for commercial and development-stage pharmaceutical products • Assess payer behaviour across therapeutic areas and drug classes • Review coverage, access restrictions, formulary placement, and reimbursement assumptions • Apply practical US managed-markets expertise to commercial analyses • Develop and pressure-test gross-to-net assumptions • Evaluate rebates, discounting, concessions, list price, access, and net revenue relationships • Assess formulary tiering, product positioning, prior authorisation, step therapy, and utilisation-management assumptions • Analyse competitive dynamics and payer incentives affecting formulary access • Create and critique structured evaluation rubrics for pharmaceutical market access analysis • Define criteria reflecting experienced payer and market access judgment • Provide clear written reasoning supporting evaluation decisions • Contribute specialist payer judgment to advanced AI evaluation work • Work across multiple drugs, therapeutic areas, and payer scenarios

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 5 years of professional experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement, managed markets, or a closely related pharmaceutical function • Hands-on experience with gross-to-net modelling and analysis • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical rebates and contracting dynamics • Experience evaluating formulary placement and tiering by drug class • Deep understanding of US payer behaviour and reimbursement structures • Familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical development programmes • Strong commercial judgment and analytical reasoning • Excellent written communication and attention to detail • Current US-based professional experience • Equivalent professional experience in pharmaceutical market access or pricing and reimbursement may be considered • Practical payer and managed-markets expertise • Experience working directly with health plans, PBMs, or payer organisations • Background in pharmaceutical pricing strategy • Experience with contracting and rebate negotiations • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer dynamics • Experience evaluating launch access strategies • Knowledge of utilisation management and formulary decision-making • Experience advising biotechnology or pharmaceutical leadership teams • Prior experience with structured expert review, rubric development, or AI evaluation • Independent contractor status • Availability for approximately 10–20 total hours over an initial 1–2 week period
