Beschreibung

• Manage leading edge technology teams through the client engagement process, driving timelines, prioritizing tasks, and removing barriers • Function as a billable Azure Architect on one or multiple client engagements with targeted utilization of 75% • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports to monitor delivery and employee performance • Establish management business objectives for professional growth and advancement • Identify training needs and establish training plans with direct reports • Support team members in achieving client delivery objectives • Manage team utilization and bench time at budgeted levels • Estimate work at the project or program level • Manage and resolve personnel issues • Inspire and foster team commitment and trust • Contribute to pre-sales processes and activities • Assist in defining and driving client experience and engagement processes with the sales team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5-7 years of consulting experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Strong internal and client communication skills • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills • Passion for using technology to solve problems • Ability to build and foster relationships with clients and project teams • Problem-solving ability, including prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and guiding teams through issue resolution • Ability to work effectively in a closely collaborative environment • Microsoft Azure Certifications highly desired, but not required • Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship, as 3Cloud cannot sponsor applicants for work visas
