Beschreibung

• Lead a team of engineers and architects supporting cloud platform solution development and innovation for clients’ Azure transformations • Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to architects and engineers • Assess team capabilities and implement upskilling plans and career development paths • Set practice priorities and communicate organizational objectives • Manage career growth plans, delivery commitments, workloads, staffing, and resource alignment • Facilitate collaboration across Data, App Innovation, and Managed Services teams • Lead or support performance reviews, promotion recommendations, and compensation input • Oversee strategic and priority accounts and support complex client needs • Serve as a primary escalation point for project challenges • Facilitate change orders and project extensions while aligning scope, timelines, and deliverables • Participate in interviewing and selection of cloud platform candidates • Develop and implement scalable cloud platform delivery standards and solution frameworks • Expand client relationships through customer roadmaps and the “Land and Expand” approach • Monitor delivered revenue, utilization, project profitability, and gross margin • Support team retention, service offering expansion, and AI adoption

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience leading cloud platform engineers and architects • Experience supporting client delivery excellence and consulting best practices • Experience with Azure cloud platform solutions • Ability to coach, mentor, and provide hands-on guidance to architects and engineers • Ability to manage career growth plans, workload, staffing, and resource alignment • Ability to oversee strategic accounts and support project escalations • Ability to facilitate change orders and project extensions • Experience participating in interviewing and selection for cloud platform candidates • Ability to develop scalable delivery standards and solution definition frameworks • Ability to build and nurture client stakeholder relationships • Ability to meet business metrics including delivered revenue, utilization, project profitability, and gross margin • Ability to contribute to new service offerings and AI enablement • Applicants must be able to work in the United States; 3Cloud cannot sponsor applicants for work visas
